Here you live beautifully, a stone's throw from the Ölands Bridge. Ölands animal and amusement park, good swimming and fishing along with stores and restaurants are within walking distance. House with spacious areas and a wonderful garden to enjoy. Good base for day trips to both the south and north of Öland. Visit the rich art and cultural life of southern Öland or one of the many castles and ruins. The whole island offers a fantastic and unique nature- with the wide Alvaret and the hiking friendly coastal routes, against both the Kalmarsund and the Baltic Sea. In the north you will find among other things the Borgholm castle ruin, the royal Solliden and 10 km long sandy beaches for beautiful swimming. Shared property with S41320.

Tolles, altes, großes Haus und Frühstück unterm Apfelbaum

Wirklich großes und gemütliches Haus mit Charakter (immerhin über 200 Jahre alt), gute zentrale Lage für Ausflüge nach Nord Ost Süd und Festland. Üppiges Grundstück mit Obstbäumen. Alles in Allem sehr schön. Kleine Minuspunkte Nur 1 Schlüssel für das Haus Je nach Lage der Schlafzimmer hört man die Landstraße (für empfindsame Menschen nicht geeignet) Die Ausstattung mit Besteck und Gläsern ist ein wenig dünn (vielleicht hätte man hier auf Nachfrage mehr bekommen) Insgesamt aber auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung für Familien mit Kindern
