Very nice unit however needs a bit of attention, transition molding in kitchen is held on by duct tape, slats missing on slider vertical blinds not a lot of work but takes away from the unit. One other note I like to walk barefoot and first might got in shower and black was running out from under my feet so I don’t think the floors were very clean although they didn’t look dirty, generally a good experience !

Property was clean and listed photographs where accurate. Only minor issue was the interior lighting. Burnt out and flickering bulbs was concerning but other that enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo - some hiccups!

Well decorated condo, clean, good location, but 30 minutes from beach. Keypad for entry not functional, so one key was left under the mat. 2 keys would have been more convenient. Lovely decor, but NO tea towels or cleaning supplies. Two Huge negatives: no info about parking. We met a neighbor when we drove into a parking spot, who advised us our car would be disabled without a permit, with a $150 charge to disable that. One morning a renter next door had the same thing happen, but her car was disabled, she was in tears. NO communication/instruction sheet from owner re parking, laundry, pool entry, etc. Pots belonged in garbage. Owner did replace them when requested, but no excuse for the parking problem. This has happened to other renters often. Other major problem: bathroom ceiling had a huge amount of black mold growing! Very scary. Owner had someone come in: they sprayed the ceiling and painted, so covered up the problem. Overall this is a great place to stay. We loved the screened lanai, and the pool is lovely.

Very unfortunate to have unsanitary conditions . Bottom of kitchen faucet was full of black soot. Cleaned as best as I could. Had to clean kitchen counters, Inside frig, bath sinks and shelves and toilet. Sheets were stained. Didn’t look like beds were fresh. No iron board. Iron old with black particles coming out of bottom when using. Total three hangers for two people. Bugs. One came out of butcher block. Few times tiny bus when sitting in living room. Hard to believe there was extra hygiene. Far from impeccable as stated in listing. Carpet in need of replacement. Dirty. Didn’t know we needed to get parking pass. No information in room. Very discouraged that we came to this unit and had to clean. Extremely disappointed.

Golf trip

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for playing golf at the Wanamaker and Ryder courses at the PGA Village, just a few hundred yards from the clubhouse. There are also many places to eat or shop within a few miles. The place was definitely way better than staying in a hotel.

The condo was in a great location. Short drive to the beach. Condo is great! You are right by the pool. Community is quiet. People are friendly. We had a great stay! We will be back!
