Older cottage in Kappelshamn on Gotland. Downstairs (1 bed) and upstairs (1 double bed) bedrooms are passage rooms. Many traces of the former owners can be seen in the house. The house is close to road 149, and on the way to Hall you will pass Hallshuk, one of the most beautiful fishing villages on Gotland, also the view here is noteworthy. Along the beach you can walk from Hallshuk to Kappelshamn, a beautiful 6 km long path. In Kappelshamn there is a beach and a jetty. Further back in bay is a shallow beach suitable for small children families. To the south are Ihreviken and Lickershamn with beautiful beaches. From here it is not far to the cave Lummelundagrottan, you can see stalactites and fossils. At the Sigsarve beach, north of Ihreviken you can catch sea trout, a small fishing village nestles here on the steep coast. The barren landscape of Northern Gothia is an ideal grazing area for sheep, you can also buy many lamb products and sheepskins here. Visby is 40 km away.
