Beautiful 4BD/2BA Gem! Near airport, city, subway!

You will love this condo! We are just a 7 minute walk from the subway, a 6 minute walk from the waterfront parks, and a short 10 minute shuttle from the airport! You can get downtown via 1 subway stop or a 7 minute drive. Very centrally located!

Very close to the airport (and you won’t even notice it’s there)!

We are located in the Jeffries Point neighborhood in East Boston! This is a great, quieter location of Boston if you're visiting for a weekend, and a 7 minute walk from the Airport or Maverick subway stops on the Blue Line. If you're looking to visit Boston and have a quieter home base, this is a great place! You're also just a short hop (1 subway stop) to downtown, where you can visit Faneuil Hall (shops & restaurants), Quincy Market, TD Garden, and the North End!

Free street parking if you can find it (temporary 2hr parking close by, 24hr parking a few blocks away) - the Airport Economy lot is also a short walk away. Parking can be quite difficult - we would recommend no car, but there are options.

The building is very secure and safe. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is peaceful. While you're here, we'll give you some tips on the best places to go for shopping, nightlife, and anything else you might want to explore during your stay.

You'll have access to a full kitchen, a microwave, your own private exit to the street, and open living and dining rooms.

Please note that this is a two story apartment with a spiral staircase that can be a bit tricky for some guests. It is not an issue for most, but just want to make you aware! If stairs are an issue for you or anyone in your party, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a living space are upstairs.

Renter Beware
This property posting is very misleading. The pictures are way nicer than the actual place. It doesn't sleep 10 and the beds are full size not queen. Prior to booking I messaged the owner to ensure it slept 10 and was told that it did. The futon sleeper is still broken. The downstairs sofa is not a pullout sofa. The full size air mattress that was there had a big hole. Jay sent a new one within a few hours but it was a twin size. The TV upstairs is broken. In the same room the sliding door on the wadrobe closet came off due to improper installation and missing screws. The shower clogs and the door doesn't stay closed. Only half of the lights in the kitchen work. The mattresses are old and worn. The mattress downstairs is stained with blood and urine. The extra blankets for the the air mattress and futon are for a toddler. The electrical box downstairs has all of the wires exposed. The place wasn't cleaned very well. The check in instructions were not provided in a timely manner. There were no checkout instructions. We were able to find parking every night a couple of blocks away. The neighborhood seemed safe and the neighbors were quiet. I messaged the owner my findings and was told that they address issues in the moment not after the fact however the previous review stated that the futon was broken and it still is. Oh and there was a roach in the downstairs area which is probably coming from the market next door that had roaches crawling on the counters. This place has great potential but not in its current state.

Needs attention
The property has potential and the amenities were very good. We had plenty of fresh /clean towels, toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. However, there were several issues that need to be addressed before I could recommend staying here, especially for a family. Sleeping: The sofa bed is a pop up sofa that does not lock into place. Thus, it slides apart all night. Also, because of the design a fitted sheet will not stay in place. One of the larger beds squeaks so badly that it is impossible to sleep. Also, the bathroom tiles were in disrepair and the shower door continues to slide open while you shower. The dining table is downstairs and very rickety. It would be helpful if there were at least a bistro or fold down table in the kitchen. Noise: the upstairs neighbors were making a lot of noise into the late hours of the night. We were still awake at 2am because it sounded like the people above us were moving furniture and jumping around. Neighborhood: Parking is a major issue. The closest covered parking is the airport economy lot and there is no street parking (except to load/unload for a few minutes). While this neighborhood is up and coming, the closer to the T stop and water front, the safer and nicer the neighborhood gets. I did not feel safe walking with my young children after dark. However, three blocks closer to the water the atmosphere changes considerably. Host: Jay was responsive and interested in feedback. He said that he plans to to address the issues mentioned here. I could see this being a nice and comfortable stay if all of these concerns were addressed.
