The apartment has secure access (codes and badge provided for entrance doors) and is located on the 3rd floor with stair access. This apartment offers recycling, as per the City of Paris policy. Main bins are on the ground floor (door to the left of the stairwell) - WHITE BIN (glass), YELLOW BIN (plastic, card, metal tins), GREEN BIN (all other waste). Bins in the apartment are under the kitchen sink – the taller one for general waste (green bin), and the smaller one for recycling (white and yellow bins).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
