Surrounded by the lush nature of the hills and with a splendid view of the plain below, this vacation home 2 km from Montebelluna offers you not only the opportunity to relax, but also to have a starting point to explore the enchanting region of Veneto, from nearby Montebelluna and Asolo, to the most beautiful cities of art: Venice (50 km), Treviso (20 km), Padua (50 km), Vicenza (55 km) ... or the capitals of Prosecco DOCG: Valdobbiadene ( 20 km) and Conegliano (30 km). In the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers, you will find the right atmosphere to relax with a good book, sunbathe or dine by candlelight. If you love history and art, you can discover one of the many beautiful towns and medieval villages in the area: Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, Asolo, Cittadella, Feltre, Castelfranco, Cison of Valmarin or follow different routes to visit the Venetian villas, unique in the world, with their beautiful architecture and lush gardens. Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication

Wohnungszustand inakzeptabel

in der Zeit vom 22.05. bis 29.05.2022 haben wir o.g. Ferienwohnung gemietet und sehen uns leider veranlasst, den unzureichenden Zustand der Ferienwohnung zu reklamieren. Auf den ersten Blick entsprach die Wohnung der Beschreibung und den Fotos entsprechend des Angebots, überraschend jedoch die verlangte sofortige Übergabe der Reinigungspauschale zur Schlüsselübergabe. Nach und nach mussten wir feststellen, dass die komplette Wohnung nicht oder nur äußerst ungenügend sauber war. • Insgesamt Modergeruch (dachten zunächst, das kommt von den alten Möbeln) • Jede Menge Spinnweben in den Zimmerecken, bei den Fenstern, Lampen, Treppengeländer usw. • Außer für das Kochen von Teewasser am Morgen, war die Küche für uns nicht benutzbar • Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Besteck z.T. sehr schmutzig (Gläser, Teller, Töpfe, vereinzelt noch mit Essensresten …) • Gläser unvollständig (keine Prosecco-Gläser in einer Prosecco-Hochburg!) • Badezimmer ebenfalls schmutzig • Wohnzimmer: feuchte Wand mit Schimmelbildung • Internet erst mal nicht benutzbar (aufgrund falsch angegebener Zugangsdaten) • Immer wieder Ausfall der Warmwasserversorgung (hier konnte uns der Wohnungsnachbar helfen, indem er einen Monteur bestellte) • Außengrill total verschmutzt und ebenfalls nicht benutzbar. Positiv: Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher waren sauber Es waren jede Menge Putzmittel vorhanden, die aber unserer Meinung nach offensichtlich zur Reinigung der Wohnung nicht benutzt wurden. Ergänzend: in der Beschreibung des Objektes sollte unbedingt vermerkt werden, dass je nach Wetterlage für die letzten Meter zum Anwesen ein geländetaugliches Fahrzeug erforderlich ist (Weg sehr steil und grober Schotter)! Aufgrund des Schmutzgrades, der Nichtbenutzbarkeit der Küche und den Einschränkungen der Warmwasserbereitstellung sowie des Internetzugangs, halten wir eine 25% Rückerstattung der Mietkosten sowie die Rückerstattung der Reinigungspauschale für angemessen.
