Beautiful Place!

This is a beautiful condo! Very clean, modern, spacious, and big balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. The property has a great pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and excellent, friendly security attendants. The location is not in Magna as shown on the VRBO listing map, but Marbella on the north coast 7 kilometres northeast of the old city and wall close to the Lettres de Cartagena. The only downside is that it was facing a highway which was fairly noisy, but not unbearable. The management company was good to deal with.

Achieved expectations.

The property manager was very proactive before, during and after our visit showing a genuine concern for the guests well being. As discrepancies arose, they were corrected expediently. Our experience was very good. The apartment has various minor repairs that can be done to increase the quality. However nothing that was detremental to our stay. I would recommend this property to groups of 6 and below. Anything more would be somewhat tight. Though the main street runs between the apartment and the beach, it didn't disturb us after the first hour or so. The beach did have quite abit of Algae, but was still agreeable to enjoy the water.
