About this property

Cozy cottage with fantastic location. It has a beautiful covered porch. The house is located at the end of a quiet summer house path in the middle of the dunes. Due to the direct high dune location, sand drifts on the terrace can not be avoided, in short you are very close to the North Sea and the rough nature. From the flagpole the view of the fjord is gorßartig. The house was renovated in 2008 and contains a modern kitchen, directly in front of it is the terrace from which you have a fantastic view of the surrounding dune landscape. The house has a nice bathroom with whirlpool and infrared sauna, two small bedrooms and a dining room with wonderful light. A pearl of a vacation home close to the beach, good surfing conditions and the fishing village of Hvide Sande.

Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.

Urlaub in Hvide Sande

Das Ferienhaus entsprach innen den Beschreibungen des Anbieters. Die Terrasse ist überholungsbedürftig. Die Gartenmöbel waren nicht nur vom Dünensand verschmutzt, sondern mussten von uns erstmal richtig stark gesäubert werden . Es gab leider keinen Gartentisch passend und für 4 Stühle nur 3 Kissen. die Auflagen für die Liegen passten überhaupt nicht. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre günstig. Das Flair der Dünen konnte nicht richtig genossen werden, da Unkraut und verdorrte Blumen in diversen Pflanzbehältnissen das Bild trübten.

Die Lage ist super, das Haus eher enttäuschend

Wir waren in den Herbstferien eine Woche mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) dort. Zunächst mal das Positive: die Lage ist unfassbar gut, direkt an der Düne und man ist schnell rüber zum Strand. Insbesondere für Urlaub mit Kindern sehr praktisch... Wir waren zum ersten mal in der Gegend, Hvide Sande ist sehr, sehr schön und man kann viel mit der Familie unternehmen. Nun zum wesentlichen... Das Haus ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es war nicht besonders sauber als wir ankamen und insgesamt ist die Einrichtung schon mehrere Jahrzente alt und abgewohnt. Der Preis war dafür ok, allerdings war es im Herbst mit 10-12° schon sehr frisch und die Elektro-Heizungen fressen ohne Ende Strom, so dass man pro Woche nochmal ordentlich draufrechnen kann. Der günstige Gesamtpreis relativiert sich also im nachhinein. Oder man lässt seine Kinder halt frieren. Der "Whirlpool" und die "Sauna" sehen auch eher nach 70er Jahre aus (gut vielleicht auch 80er). Insgesamt nicht wirklich einladend und so haben wir uns kurzerhand entschieden beides eher ungenutzt zu lassen. Zu unserem Unmut war nach dem Urlaub die Nebenkostenabrechnung von Novasol nicht korrekt (Zählerstand war falsch angegeben) und zu hoch. Nach mehrmaligen darauf hinweisen (mit Photo vom Zählerstand bei Ankunft) hat Novasol sich NICHT einsichtig gezeigt. Wegen ein paar Euro werden wir da nun nicht weiter ein Faß aufmachen. Trotzdem ist es eine Frage des Prinzips und des Umgangs und ich kann Novasol vom Service und Umgang mit Kunden absolut nicht empfehlen. Es gibt sicher noch zahlreiche andere Häuser von anderen Organisationen in der Gegend, da werden wir sicherlich anderweitig Ausschau halten beim nächsten mal. Eine andere Renzension schreibt über die Zustände aussen am Haus: hier schließe ich mich an. Gegen Sand auf der Terasse habe ich nichts. Allerdings hat man das Gefühl, daß eine Pflege rund um das Haus aussen insgesamt auch schon ein paar Jahre überfällig ist. Die Kinder mochten zwar das "Verwilderte" zum spielen, aber der sonstige Zerfall (der Möbel z.B.) ist nicht unbedingt angenehm. Alles in allem nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Insbesondere die Organisation. Schon schade, das Haus hat sicherlich das Potential zu einem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus in bester Lage, wenn man es nicht so verkommen klassen würde.
