- Mandatory cleaning fee of €120, to be paid on-site to the concierge.
- Bed linen and towels available as an option (beds and towels. Price depends on configuration).
- Signature of our rental agreement.
- Check-in and check-out handled by our concierge.
- Security deposit required upon arrival (uncashed cheque).
- Inventory provided as a video to be validated within 24 hours.
- The house must be left tidy before departure.
