Bear View Chalet is a warm & cozy retreat with stunning views, just 5 minutes from Gatlinburg. The ambiance is complete with a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room & a large dining area w/ views of the mountains. Gather around for quality time with loved ones. One guest said, `Our favorite was the living room with the views outside by the fire place. The hot tub was a nice touch for star gazing... • Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
• For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
• The Fireplace is only operational from October 1-April 1.
• Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.
