Perfect Naples golf and beach getaway! Just minutes from downtown and beaches.

Just minutes from downtown, 5th ave, Naples pier and breathtaking white sand beaches. Our 2nd floor 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom condo is surrounded by two first class 18 hole championship golf courses, 9 swimming pools, 6 Har-tru tennis courts, separate bocce area, brand new lighted pickleball center with 18 courts and the on site 19th hole restaurant with huge new outdoor patio. Relax inside with new AC, fully stocked kitchen, new king and queen beds, new 2025 huge couchs and dining area. Full lanai overlooks 10th hole tee box. King bed in master, Queen bed in second bedroom. Plenty of closets and storage space. All towels, bedding and sheets provided. Condo has great WIFI and 3 new smart TVs with cable and You tube tv with access to all streaming devices.
New 2024 - flooring thru-out unit. Washer/dryer, 3 smart tvs, 2 couchs, coffee table and sleeper chair in living room. Black out curtains in master bedroom, keyless entry lock at front door.
Our condo is in the heart of everything. Walk across the street to the 18 court brand new lighted pickleball center, 2 - 18 hole championship golf courses, Har-tru court tennis center, huge main pool area with seating and of course the indoor or outdoor dining at 19th hole restaurant and bar.
2 parking spaces in front of building. In-unit full size washer and dryer.

Two sets golf clubs, tennis rackets, pickleball equipment, beach chairs, beach towels and so much more! *30 day rental minimum. $150 one time transfer fee payable to association.

Great location

Owner very easy to deal with. Location excellent. Club is older but well maintained. People very nice. Unit is functional but needs major renovations and upgrades. Using Vrbo learned we paid well above market.
