Near Sønderstrand, this 136 m² vacation home is situated on an enclosed and wind-protected natural plot. Surrounded by large trees, you are offered plenty of privacy here. The interior is inviting with its light floors and walls. The spacious kitchen-living room is equipped with comfortable furniture and a dining table.

In winter, the energy-saving warm air system and the fireplace stove ensure low heating costs. You will find good closets in the four spacious bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one of which has whirlpool and sauna. In the other bathroom are a washer and dryer.

From the living room you step onto the covered part of the large terrace, where garden furniture invites you to enjoy the sun and eat outside.

From the house it is only 900 meters to Sønderstrand, where it is desirable to go with kite buggies. If you travel with dog, only 3 km from the house is Kirkeby dog forest.
