This listing is for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in Grant Park. This room is the only bedroom downstairs, housing a queen bed and connected to private shower and off the room porch! I provide toiletries, towels and fresh linens for the bed.

Walking distance to Zoo Atlanta, Atlanta Dairies, Grindhouse Burgers. Minutes to Six Flags, Airport, Downtown Atlanta, CNN Center, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium. Walk/Uber/Street parking.

Although no one else will be in the home with you, this booking is ONLY for the usage of the downstairs queen bedroom/bathroom and kitchen area. If you use the upstairs bedrooms or bathrooms you will incur an additional charge.

Great location in a historic Atlanta neighborhood

We enjoyed staying at this house close to Grant Park and the Atlanta Zoo. It was clean and quiet. Private bedroom, bath and porch were good. Shared full kitchen and living room very comfortable. We would definitely return.

Excellent spot near the Eastern to catch a show!

I was within walking distance of the Eastern event venue and some great restaurants. The place is spotless, and check in was a breeze. I'd recommend to anyone for a day or even a week stay!

Nice townhome

When you first see the neighborhood you think it's in a bad part of town, but inside is a different story. It is very nice top to bottom and apparently it was recently renovated. Pros Lots of dishes, silverware, utensils, nicely decorated Cons No rugs so my wife slipped getting out of the shower on the slippery floor and almost fell. We had to use 1 of the only 2 towels we were given to use to place on the floor as a rug. There are also no tables near the couch to place a phone, drink, etc. I personally don't like using left over shampoo, conditioner, etc....so I bought my own. Nothing to use for washing dishes. The alarm system light never turns off so it's a little bright all night and it had errors that woke us up around 3am. We told the manager, but got no response. No smoke detectors as advertised that are working. The apartment was easy to check in and go out. I think this place has a lot of potential and so do the hosts. I can see why it's high rated.

Nestled in a really cute area, with very quiet neighbors. The home is beautiful and has everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. We cooked and had everything we needed. The home was close to the interstate and tons of food and shopping.

I booked this listing for my birthday...two day get-away. I was surprised at how beautiful the property was inside because...great job! My only downfall was the bedroom tv didn't connect to wifi and 1 day before leaving the tv in the main finally connect was I contacted the owner. Would I stay again...SURE.

The property was everything we needed for our short stay. We only had a small issue with the lock resetting itself and needing the code reset which was dealt with promptly and wasn't a real issue at all! Thanks for taking care of us.

Valentines day retreat!

We actually enjoyed our stay! We used the downs stairs area. The parking was a bit tricky because the property is located on a one way street. That's crowded. However, it's in a good location for eateries, gas and exploring the neighborhood but we had other plans. Andi our host was great and she was easy to communicate with. We will book again! Great location

No hotels in this area so great location to the Eastern for concerts. Good selection of restaurants and coffee bars in the area. Apartment was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable with nice deck on the back although could use a couple chairs on it. Will definitely book again.
