Our apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 12 people for a comfortable Parisian stay; It is equipped with wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, Television.



In its design kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, that is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.



Our apartment has been completely renovated and furnished in a contemporary style, but its magnificent exposed beams, which give it such a warm and cozy touch, have been preserved as they were.



Picasso's shadow looms, whether through his colors (notably blue tones) or his cubist works. A museum is entirely dedicated to the artist just a few minutes away;

For any reservation during New Year's Eve, a deposit of 1500 euros will be required



We offer you access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm.



In order to access it, please come to our agency at 9 rue du Caire, 75002 Paris, to book your time slot in advance.



Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
