We are glad to welcome you to our beautiful Nakupenda apartment, located in the heart of the Orient Bay Village, 3 minutes walk from the beautiful white sand beach of Orient Bay.
Perfect for discovering Saint-Martin/Sint-Marteen and enjoying the paradisiacal and unique setting of Orient bay.
Right next to the Palm Court Resort and close to some of the best restaurants of the island.

The apartment is a renovated and fully air-conditioned duplex that can accommodate up to 5 people with :

ON THE FIRST FLOOR

- Entrance to fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffeemaker and capsule coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster)
- A dining room air-conditionned with an 8-seat dining table, sofa, coffee table, TV, high-speed fiber-optic Wifi.
- Furnished terrace with pool view
- Laundry room with washing machine/dryer
- Toilet with washbasin tap

UPSTAIRS
- A beautifully furnished air-conditioned bedroom with king-size bed, sky-blue ornaments and paintings by local artists, and a terrace with pool view and small sea views.
- A second nicely furnished air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed in a cosy atmosphere with terracotta tones, and a view over the upper reaches of the park.
- A bathroom with large walk-in shower, double vanity unit with backlit mirror and wall-hung toilet.

Sheets, towels and foutas are, of course, provided.
Please let us know if you would like us to prepare the single bed for you (no extra charge).

The apartment is well ventilated and has air-conditioning (ground floor + first floor).

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Topazi Residence in the heart of the village in the Baie Orientale park.

3-minute walk to the beach: beach bar, kitesurfing spot, beach volleyball court, beach tennis court, sailing club, watersport, Club Orient.
5-minute drive to Hope Estate's business district, where you'll find several food stores and delicatessens.
7 minutes drive from Grand Case airport SFG.
10 minutes drive from the cul de sac pier, where you can take the boat shuttle to Pinel Island or rent kayaks.

In addition to the apartment's comfort and decor, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. It was only a short 5-minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend this venue and plan to return in the future.

Delightful Family Vacation

We had an relaxing and enjoyable time at the beautiful Appartement Nakupenda! There was plenty of space for our family of four and we had all the amenities we could wish for in a vacation rental (2 balconies, dishwasher, washer/dryer, pool, parking spot, a couple beach chairs) and more! We were impressed with the decor as well as location as we were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. Our host Isabelle was very kind, very communicative as well as accommodating. We are grateful to have stayed here and will come back in a heartbeat! Thank you Isabelle!

Nous avons passé une petite semaine à Pâques avec 3 adolescents dans cet appartement extraordinaire.Il est extrêmement bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied (plage, commerces, restaurants, supérette, centre nautique).Chacun pouvait faire ce qu'il souhaitait durant la journée (plage, piscine, beach volley, snorkeling...). La résidence est très safe.Le centre est charmant pour diner le soir.Avec une voiture, on peut accéder à l'embarcadère de Cul-de-sac en 10 minutes, pour visiter les îles.L'appartement a été refait récemment avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre.La climatisation est efficace !Enfin, Isabelle est une hôte parfaite, à la fois discrète et disponible. Tout à fait arrangeante pour l'arrivée et le départ, et qui vous donnera tous les conseils pour profiter de votre séjour.Tout le monde a adoré.Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Propriété et emplacement parfait!
