We can also provide, upon request, a popcorn machine, chocolate fondue set, raclette machine, or crepe maker.<br><br>Practical Information:<br>This apartment is part of the ground floor of a villa comprising 4 apartments. Each apartment has its own private, secure entrance.<br><br>Please note that free street parking is available. There is no parking within the apartment complex.<br><br>Airbnb insurance and holiday rental home insurance do not cover burglaries. Therefore, we advise anyone renting holiday properties to contact their comprehensive home insurance provider and add the “Holiday Coverage” clause<br><br>As you can see, we’re pulling out all the stops to ensure you have a wonderful time in New Caledonia!<br><br>Check-in time: 2:00 PM or later<br>Check-out time: before 11:00 AM – Late check-out available upon request and may incur additional fees<br><br>The apartment must be returned in the same condition as on the day of your arrival: clean.
