La Montagne du Cobalt is a fully renovated two-bedroom apartment decorated in a Caledonian style. This two-bedroom apartment offers peace and comfort during your holiday or business trip.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, a modern shower room, a master bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax, enjoy delicious meals on your griddle, or play a game on your private terrace.
The Accommodation
This 62m² two-bedroom apartment, ideal for 5 people, features:

- A modern, well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the dining area to make you feel right at home;
- A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower;
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160) where everything is set up for you to charge your electronic devices;
- A bedroom with two single bunk beds for a restful night’s sleep.
- A living room with a Samsung SMART flat-screen TV so you can enjoy local programming, catch up on the news, and watch your favourite shows and films available on Netflix, Amazon, etc.;
- A work area with a very fast, unlimited fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection so you can work with peace of mind;
- A semi-open, furnished private terrace for dining, relaxing, or enjoying an aperitif!
- A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- A hot tub on the terrace to help you relax

For your comfort:

And everything your children need:
Upon request, we can lend you a cot or co-sleeper, a high chair, a baby bathtub, a car travel kit (car seat insert and step stool), a baby sling and/or a stroller, a car seat, and a booster seat!

For adults and children, we offer a selection of games, toys, and books about New Caledonia. We can also provide, upon request, a popcorn maker, a chocolate fondue set, a raclette machine, or a crepe maker.

The accommodation is part of a lower-level villa comprising 4 apartments. Each apartment has its own private, secure entrance.

Please note that free street parking is available. There is no parking within the apartment complex.

Airbnb insurance and holiday rental insurance do not cover burglaries. Therefore, we advise anyone renting a holiday home to contact their comprehensive home insurance provider and add the “Holiday Coverage” clause.

As you can see, we’re pulling out all the stops to ensure you have a wonderful time in New Caledonia!

Check-in starts at 2 p.m.
Check-out is by 11 a.m. — A late check-out, available upon request, may incur additional fees.

The apartment must be returned in the same condition as on the day of your arrival: clean. The cleaning fee covers an inspection of the apartment (and cleaning if you haven’t cleaned it sufficiently) and restocking supplies between rentals.

Check-in times and days: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
We can arrange transfers between your accommodation and the airports upon request and for an additional fee.
We also offer electric bikes for rent.

A member of our team will be there to meet you upon your arrival if time permits, or will come to see you the day after your arrival to meet you and provide any necessary information.

A few days before your arrival, you’ll receive all the information you need to access the apartment (address, lock code, Wi-Fi password).

You’ll find enough bedding and towels in the apartment to change them weekly for the entire duration of your stay.
