We have everything you’ll need and want for the most relaxing stay of your island vacation, steps away from food, drinks, and the beach. Whale watch from the lana'i in the winter, or snorkel our beautiful beach in the summer.

Pete our host was very attentive and great at suggesting things to do! Cute little vrbo, love the OG retro hawaiian vibes, plus great view off the lenai! Perfect walking distance to great food, beach, and sights!

Was in a good location for Poipu. Love that is was private and quiet. The bed was very comfy and you can hear the waves at night. The condo was adequate for 2 people. There was on site laundry, which was close to the condo.

This place is very average. Check in process and management's attention to the guest is poor, on site representative (Pete) is very arrogant and non-caring. The place itself is fine. Good value for the money. Place is clean and fairly quiet. Fairly worn (the pics make it seem new, but it is tired); appliances, kitchen, bath are all clean and average; bed is comfortable; wicker chairs and couch are VERY uncomfortable; on-site laundry works but is minimalist and a bit sketchy; 200 yards to beach, a nice, easy walk, so pleasant enough; access to beach and parks and restaraunts is close and easy; deck is nice for morning coffee (no beach view); close drive to grocery stores and restaraunts. All in all a decent place, but nothing too fancy or indulgent. Good value.

Enjoying Poipu and exploring Kauai

It was very easy and pleasant. We found this to be a good home base for exploring, and we cooked in a couple of nights. If there had been a pool and a little more view it would have been perfect, but it came pretty close!

Great location, clean but a bit dated

The sea turtles were just a quick walk down the road! Perfect location and proximity to beaches and walking paths. Clean but appliances/overall place was a bit dated. Although the porch was great to relax on! Safe property.

High School Graduation Trip

Me and three of my friends decided we wanted to surprise our best friend that lives on the island and turn it into our graduation trip. The whole process was incredibly smooth and I definitely would book with them again. We stayed for about a week and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place for us!! A big thank you to Pete <3

Vacation in Kauai

Owner accommodated us with a different VRBO since renovations had just begun on the one we were to be in which we appreciated. Property was a bit tired and not kept up. Location was excellent. VRBO itself was clean and bed and a/c excellent. TV was not working and two employees tried to fix it but said the owner would need to; he never did.

Yes, you were provided a unobstructive view from Mountain to Ocean with a Sunset View. The employees offered to switch the TV which you rejected. We ordered a new TV which arrived after your departed.

Kauai

Just a short walk to Poipu beach, daily sightings of seals, turtles and whales. Pete was a gracious host, the beach chairs, beach towels, binoculars and even frozen ice pacts for our cooler was a plus! You can keep the windows open to catch the trade winds and with the birds you feel like you are sleeping in a tree house. Overall a good experience.
