The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are within easy reach.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (numbered private parking for one car).

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The accommodation is on the ground floor with 10 steps up from the parking lot.
