Great property for families to stay in. Well equipped (toilet paper, washing up liquid) as well as all the basic essentials for self-catering (crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc). We really appreciated the outdoor area too. Property manager was prompt with replies to queries and the show-round on arrival was really helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing!!!

I can't believe how amazing this place was!! Stephanie was perfect...she was so helpful and lovely. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was extremely clean, very close to the tram, and perfect for our group. The pictures are very accurate, and I would stay here again!!!!

Maison mal entretenue. Murs dégradés, moisissures, commutateurs sans cache (donc fils électriques accessibles).De plus, la maison n'est pas située à l'endroit où le site la situe.Photos à l'appui, j'ai pu obtenir un dédommagement de la part d'Abritel, mais je pense que cette maison, dans l'état où elle est, n'est pas louable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Stéphanie qui est charmante. La maison dispose de beaucoup de chambre et est des plus pratique. Et elle situé à deux pas de la gare et assez proche du centre-ville. Le coin salon-salle à manger est un peu petit mais ça va. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur car il pleuvait cette semaine-là mais ça doit être très agréable dès que le temps est plus doux.Nous reviendrons très certainement si l'occasion se présente.

Une maison à deux pas de tout

Une maison très agréable, à deux pas de tout (cinéma, supermarché, jeux pour enfants). Des propriétaires au top. La cuisine est un peu petite mais nous avons pu faire les repas pour parfois 10 personnes. Des toilettes à chaque étage bien pratique! Des chambres sous les toits parfaites pour les ados! L'escalier est un peu raide ce qui permet de tenir un peu plus à distance les adultes ;-) Celles du premiers étages sont spacieuses tout comme celle du rez de chaussée. A 10 par contre le salon - salle à manger est un peu serré mais c'est convivial!

Praktisches Haus in schöner Region

Verwinkeltes Haus mit Charme. In dicht bewohntem Gebiet gelegen, bietet es dennoch einen abgeschirmten Vorgarten-Bereich zum Essen und Grillen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit.

Mooie complete en nette woning in rustige woonwijk in Caen. De woning ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Een Intermarche ligt om de hoek (500 meter). Woning beschikt over een groot vlonder terras. Er is veel privacy. De gastvrouw is erg aardig en spreekt prima Engels. Behalve een roestig wasrekje is er niets op aan te merken

Casa en muy buenas condiciones. Bien comunicada. Cerca centro ciudad. Lugar estratégico para visitar Normandia. Trato excelente de la propietaria Stephanie. La capacidad para poder dormir es de 8 personas, pero la cocina es pequeña y equipada para unas 4 personas.

Superbe location. Nous avons loué la maison de Stéphanie pendant 4 semaines. Une jolie maison meublée avec beaucoup de gout et très fonctionnelle. Une terrasse plein sud, adorable et très abritée dont nous avons pu profiter au mois de mai! Stéphanie habite à coté et est disponible. La maison est dans une rue très calme où l'on gare sans souci et proche du centre de Caen. Merci encore à Stéphanie. Nous recommandons vivement.

Very clean, near to train station, grocery store and park. Quiet neighbourhood.

We stayed here for a week with 10 of us. A bit tight but 4 of us moved on after 3 nights and then great. Stephanie was very helpful with travel suggestions. A car is necessary to visit WWII sites, lovely countryside and the many historical sites in the area.

Nous sommes venus en famille (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et la maison est extrêmement conviviale. Elle est très bien située dans un quartier calme mais proche du centre ville et du tramway. Nous remercions Stéphanie pour son accueil chaleureux, ses bons conseils de visites et son crumble pomme-citron absolument délicieux !

Si volvemos a Normandía repetiremos alojamiento.

Estupendo alojamiento para grupos. Estuvimos ocho personas muy cómodas. Todo muy limpio y Stephanie es estupenda, una perfecta anfitriona. La casa está muy bien situada, muy próxima a la estación de tranvía de superficie, en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo a cuatro paradas del centro de Caen y 15 o 20 minutos andando. La estación de ferrocarril a 5 minutos. La casa está decorada con mucho gusto. Nosotros lo pasamos estupendamente,. Muy recomendable.
