You reach the vacation home from the terrace, where you enter a spacious, well-kept living room with dining area and open kitchen cell. Here you can look forward to relaxing hours with the family and unwind with a glass of wine with freshly grilled fish from the barbecue on the open terrace.Thanks to the green space shared with the guests of a small cottage (CIM103), this outdoor area is also ideal for a vacation with your pet.

You can reach the beautiful beaches and the family park, where you can spend some fun hours with your children, in just 15 minutes on foot. Discover the also the versatile offers in the resort of Medulin such as beach volleyball, horseback riding, tennis and a variety of water sports. The long coastline and surrounding islands are ideal for exploring your favorite beach. In the evening you have the opportunity to visit restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and entertaining summer events of the city of Pula (about 10km). Some restaurants, where you can taste fish and other local specialties, are located in the port of Medulin, which can be reached in just 10 minutes. Furthermore, the green market or bakery offers to grab your ingredients for delicious meals, these are located about five minutes away.
