Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and toaster. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Medulin. The holiday home is located on a 190 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Semi-detached house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in a parking lot in the village.
