Although we’re sure you’ll be spending a majority of your time on our sugar-white sands, Gulf Island also has a community pool and barbecue grills for you to make the most of your time outdoors.

Beach trip

Great property and location. Very clean and 4 min walk to the beach. I will be staying here again in the near future and would highly recommend this property. We had a great time.

Inaccurate Description of “repairs”

We paid for early arrival. Pulling into the complex it was quickly clear we had not been told a true description of the work being done. The ad read “repairs” however the entire building 1 was under total reconstruction. It was dirty, unsafe conditions and loud. When I called customer service, the first person was told by management there was nothing that could be done to address our concerns. Upon asking to speak to the manager ~Natasha was the most unprofessional customer service manager I have ever encountered ~she offered no empathy, apology or understanding of the situation and this was after I sent very detailed pictures explaining the state of the building. I spoke to owners who canceled all their reservations and refunded payments once they realized it was a reconstruction and not a repair. Our unit owner was the only owner who decided to keep renting with a false description of the situation. The inside was nice but had we had a clear indication of what was happening we could have made a better decision. Just be aware before renting and do not call customer service if you are expecting some type of resolution. We had located open units with the same company but they refused to move us.

We love Navarre Beach

We have been vacationing on the panhandle of Florida now for 4 years. The Navarre Beach area is exactly what we we need when we get away. It's quiet, friendly, not to hectic and chaotic with traffic and the people are great. Finding the condo at Gulf Island was a treasure. Having the convienence of walking to the beach, being able to come and go as we please, or rest and do nothing is great. The condo was fantastic. It was well suited for my wife, adult daughter and myself. We had plenty of space and the place was clean and fresh. The exterior construction didn't give us access to the patio/balcony, which I'm sure we will enjoy next time, The workers were polite and professional in their efforts and work. The price for our stay took us by surprise with what we got for our money, and we look forward to booking the location agin when we travel there. A big thank you.

Great Room and Location

Loved the room and location. The only problem that I had was that there was construction on my building (outside of my room in particular) for my entire stay. I was not allowed to use my balcony or the parking around my building. This construction was never mentioned before the visit, and that would have been nice to know before booking. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Great Family Friendly Space

We loved our stay at this location in Navarre. A quick walk to the beach and pool. Perfect space for small family which allowed personal space and joined. There is carpet in both bedrooms which we didn’t love but that would be our only complaint. Great communication as well, check in and check out was a breeze.
