Why Katherine chose Nags Head
The location is close to everything you need or want yet you feel like you are miles away from it all. It is a quiet, private street, with a private beach and private beach access. You can get away from the crowds and enjoy the beach all to yourself. There are no hotels in sight. Hospital is less than a mile away for any unexpected emergency!
What makes this Cottage unique
You are in walking distance to shopping and restaurants, yet you see no retail signs from the cottage. You are not looking into windows of the next door neighbor. You can sit on the bottom deck, sip a drink and watch your young kids play in the cul de sac. The traffic is very light since it is a dead end street. Or you can sit on the top deck and enjoy the views of the water and cottages. All bedrooms are equal in size so it is great for 4 or 8 friends, or 2 families or couples to equally share the expense.

- The Big Cabana is a great place for a family, 2 families, couples or just a bunch of friends. My place is not the typical 'Rental' cottage because when I bought it I did not intend to rent it. I bought nice things and use the cottage when it is available. I have numerous repeat renters which speaks for itself. Come stay and the Big Cabana and enjoy a great getaway.
