Large open floor plan. The house features many common areas for relaxing and entertaining guests including a game room, library, sunroom, and the living room. EV car charger located in the garage. Tier 2 system.

Large parking lot available for RV/Trailers.

The canyons of Utah(Moab and more) or the Mountains of Colorado(San Juan Mountains) are less than a 2 hour drive away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take any trash and put it in the large bins outside. All trash needs to go into a bag first. If not it blows out when the trash truck empties it.
Any used sheets, towels, ect please place in the laundry room. That way we know what needs to be cleaned.
Check again for any personal items left behind! Please let us know if anything was broken and/or needs to be fixed. Thank you!
