This coastal gem is on the first floor of a two-story building. No stairs to climb - directly on Gulf Blvd. Walk out the front door and view John's Pass to the south. Your private home is appointed with fine furnishings. Pack yourself a beach picnic in the kitchen or prepare something tasty to enjoy at the dining table for six. There's plenty of room to spread out in the living area while you stream your favorite movie on the smart TV.

This large ground floor vacation home is newly remodeled. There is a spacious living room, two bedrooms and one bath. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full size bottom.

The kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, Convection Oven/Microwave Oven as well as Induction electric cook top. There is on site parking for 2 vehicles. IT IS VACATION TIME NOW IN MAD BEACH. LOWER RENTAL FOR THIS GEM!

Great place to stay.

We had a great time. Bobby’s place was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Close to the beach and John’s Pass. Bobby was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend. (There is no oven, although it is listed in the description.). Thanks for a great week!

Nice Location!

Great location (to beach, restaurants, shops). No washer/dryer - but everything was clean/nice. Great for a couple for the week!

Been in Mad Beach most of life except for university in Richmond Va for 6 years. Traveled all around Europe 3 times. Worked from here doing interior architecture many years. Now, here for the beach and making new friends.

Why they chose this property

Close to Gulf of Mexico, park your car and walk to restaurants and shops. Directly on Gulf Blvd. Bus lines are a plus to other beaches and the mainland. Walk out Back entry door and steps to beach or take the cross walk to the famous Johns Pass entertainment center plus there is a large Cantina restaurant just across the Blvd.

Swimming and Sunning on the sugar white sand and clear salt water. Restaurants close by and shops for those gifts to take back to loved ones back home.
