Majestic Towers 1-2109 is an amazing condo with a WOW factor! This stunning studio, 1 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 21st floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed, and single pull-out chair to comfortably accommodate 3 guests. With a full-size kitchen, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to leave.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. Great Room and View of the Ocean

This room was just as described. It was clean and the view was beautiful. Everything went smoothly except the coffee pot didn't work but they had a Keurig also and it worked. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer and since the room is on the 21st floor you could listen to the sound of the ocean waves without hearing the people on the beach. The way the balcony is situated it is in the shade all day. I did smell smoke from someone smoking several times but I don't know that can be helped. All in all it was a great place to stay and very comfortable.

I feel ripped off. Awful room for the price!

-THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN!!!! This room entrance shares a join lobby with a other room, so there are 2 doors you have to go through to get into the room. When the other room would come in and out all hours of the night the vacuum of the lobby door would SLAM and it sounded like someone was busting through our door. Also from the bathroom, I could literally here the other rooms entire conversation. Our neighbors were not loud, the rooms just have ZERO sound proofing. From a "romantic" stand point, if we could hear them, they could hear us and that made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable, not to mention we hardly got any true rest because of listen to babies cry and teenagers laugh and come In and out with slamming doors all night.... this was horrible. -The fridge makes all kinds of squeels at all hours of the night/day. It sucks if your a light sleeper like me... again, no true rest. -the bed is not comfortable at all and you can feel all the springs. Even the loveseat/pullout bed was ROCK HARD! - half of the plugs didn't work and some of the plugs that did work, the bottom plug would work but not the top plug unless you found the random mysterious light switch it was attached too. Or the plug that wasnt even screewed into the wall and came completely out when we unplugged the toaster. Huge hazard. - there were smears on the curtains, dirty qtips on the floor, nasty fridge handles, and unvaccumed rug. There is so much more but this review is limited to 1500 characters.

We were giving one access code was told they work for both the common door and the main door, the code only worked for the common door, it took an hour for us to get a hold of someone to give us the correct code! Other that that every thing was great.

We would definitely use this property again.

The condo was about the right size for two people. We loved that large balcony area, looking from the 21st floor. The bathroom was great, with a large, walk in shower. Full (smaller appliances) kitchen area. The complex was kept clean, with security always walking around. The negative for us, is that even though this owner and the managing agency, have posted no smoking, individual owners, can allow smoking from their units, and or balconies. We couldn't enjoy our balcony very much because someone near ours, was a chain smoker(Extra curricular too). There is a pretty good walk to the parking area, to Tower 1 side. Overall, the rental managing company, the Majestic Towers complex, and the Condo owner, make this worth renting again.

Great Stay/Great Location

Things started off a little bumpy. We didn't receive our codes to enter the condo, but we were able to get a hold of management to get them rather quickly. There are two doors you have to go through to get into the condo, a door that leads into a very small corridor then another to enter the condo. It's a very tight space between the two doors, especially when you are carrying in luggage or your daily beach stuff. The door lock to the condo was also a little tricky, but once we figured it out, it was okay. Another glitch with the management company/cleaning people, there were no parking garage passes, so they had to bring those to us the next day. Now, to the condo. The condo was very nice. It looks to have been recently updated. Nice flooring, nice bath with a large walk-in tile shower. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was quite small, but with it being a studio condo, it was fine. It had what we needed. The view was amazing. The one downside on the condo was that there was no table other than the bedside table. So the little we did eat in, we had to eat off of our laps. There's plenty of room to put a small table, or even if it had a coffee table. Just something to put your food/drinks on. Overall, it was a great condo and a great week!

Management needs improvement

We walked into the room and it smelled like a sour mop. So we lit candles and decided we would go buy a mop and mop the floors ourself. While trying to lock our door we noticed the door wouldn't lock. We go to Real Joy app and messaged them about our concerns. We were told someone will get in touch with us immediately. Well after several hours and attempts to reaching out to them finally someone called and explained how you had to lock the door by spinning the lock and management was on the way with a mop and cleaning supplies. I said great because I didn't want people in the room while we were out. Well three days later my husband is laying watching TV as someone just walks in the room with no knocking or ringing the doorbell to drop off a mop and nothing else. Besides those three things we had a great trip.

Beautiful Views/Needs more necessary items

The view of this unit was GORGEOUS. I love how the bed was positioned so we woke up to the view of the ocean. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We did have some issues while we were there. The unit didn't really feel like a vacation condo but more like a hotel. There were some things missing that were an inconvenience. The biggest one was there wasn't a table of any kind to eat on. I know it's only a studio apartment, but there was plenty of room where a table of some kind could have been put on the balcony (the balcony was huge). We had to eat standing up, on the bed, or sitting on the balcony with no table.There were two chairs on the balcony. We also tried to cook but there was not any pans for the oven. The knives and cooking utensils were also old and filthy. We ended up having to order food to be delivered. Other small details were missing. Like there wasn't even a soap dish in the bathroom. So the counter was constantly soapy because all that was provided was a bar of soap. There wasn't any personal touches that I've experienced in other vacation homes/condos. The RealJoy team was very responsive in answering questions when I contacted them regarding things like wifi password, checking-in, etc. I would rent through RealJoy again but not that unit. It's lacking and we also didn't like being up so high just because it was a hassle with the elevator (21st floor). All in all, we had a good time and the Majestic Staff was great.
