Surrounded by nature and above the resort of Crikvenica lies this beautiful vacation home with a magnificent panoramic view of the city, the sea and the countryside. On the ground floor there is the living area and a covered terrace with a mobile barbecue. On the second floor are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace, which invites you to relax already in the morning. In front of the house, on the fenced plot is the swimming pool with an open terrace where you can relax while sunbathing. Visit Selce and walk along the sea to one of the restaurants with delicious fish specialties. The last approx. 200 m to the vacation property are not asphalted.
