We totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-appointed townhome and would definitely stay here again on a return trip, as well as recommend it to anyone staying in the area!
A wonderful place to stay, very clean, beds were comfortable, showers were great and the property contact/owner was very attentive. I highly recommend this property.
Wonderful location near NC State, Village District, groceries, and so many restaurants. Condo had everything we needed and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. Owner easy to communicate with.
If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Property is just as pictured and in an amazing location. Super clean and looks to be newly remodeled. The host was very kind, gracious, and communicative. I would definitely stay here again!
The property was spotless! Comfortable beds & well appointed kitchen.
The location was excellent for getting around Raleigh. Close to Village shopping & tasty restaurants.
Great communication with the owner.
We came to Raleigh with an agenda of things we wanted to do and we were surprised how this house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The house was super clean and nicely appointed. The beds had excellent mattresses and we slept like we were home. Would definitely stay here again!
This stay was at the end of a 10 day trip taking us from New Bern NC to Aiken SC to Winston-Salem to Raleigh. What a wonderful place to stay. We know the area very well and appreciate a well done renovation!! Seriously very well done!!
Thank you for supplying such a beautiful place to stay.
The property is ideal if you want to visit NC State campus and downtown Raleigh. Great location to shops and restaurants in the Village District. A quick ride from I-40 to the property. Neighborhood was quiet and property was cozy. Had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
Best friend and I loved walking the neighborhood, going to The Village, running around Raleigh via many through streets near us. Fletcher Park is a block away and was in bloom (April) and beautiful. Quiet neighborhood, nice furnishings and kitchen, comfy sofas to relax. Stairs are steep(bad knees, tiny kids?) but we were fine. And one parking space on site. We put one car in the next block as instructed without issue. Would definitely stay again.
The place is clean and cozy. Very nicely updated and decorated. The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to excellent shopping and restaurants. Loved going on back patio to enjoy my coffee each morning.
This place is located .7 mile from the Village District. I’m aware you will find that out but it is a fantastic, not small, array of shops and very good restaurants. Check out Postino. Your GPS may take you the 1.2 route but there is a completely walkable .7 mile walk thru a safe neighborhood. The home itself is immaculate. We didn’t cook. Looked like it had a decent supply of dishes, pans, etc. Beds are very comfy as is the furniture in the living room for TV viewing. The chairs on the back porch are much appreciated for morning coffee and afternoon wine.We were there on a Monday and Tuesday so several things were closed that we were interested in.We did take a tour of the downtown murals and ate at exceptional restaurants, like St Roch Oysters and Bar. I am not an oyster lover but this place was fun.And do find the secret bar in Raleigh behind a book case at the Green Light Bar. The mixologist is fantastic and what a fun drink menu. There’s are lots of green spaces and Raleigh is very easy to get around. We did like Yates Mill County Park, with an easy walk around a lake. This is definitely a place I would return to.
I was traveling with my husband on business and discoverd The Perfect Town Home to be truly perfect for us. Beautifully decorated with amazing wood floors. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. LOVED the 3rd half bath on the first floor. That was a real treat. We so enjoyed sitting on the back porch with our coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. Stephen and Will were right on the spot when the fan on the HVAC had a bit of an issue. Repaired in no time and we were back in business. Will stay again when in the Raleigh area.
Our second time staying at this property and it was great once again! The accommodations are very comfortable and location is central to all of the places we were visiting. We’re grateful to Stephen for always responding timely and look forward to staying here again.
The townhome was exactly as described and more you can tell that the place was recently renovated, and the layout flows nicely. It is century located to NC State University, which was the reason for our visit but also close to the village district shopping area as well as any grocery stores and restaurants you would want. Owner was very responsive to any questions and needs and was very timely with his responses. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician working with a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.
Why they chose this property
This is the third unit we renovated in the area that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/traditional building and all the units we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern and comfortable feel. Great back porch for relaxing when the weather allows!
What makes this property unique
Location, comfort, feel of home, close to parks as well as downtown the Village and NC State.
