40m² triplex apartment located on the 4st floor in a residence with lift in Vallandry, only 50 meters from the slopes and shops. Close to the center of Vallandry, you will not have to use your vehicle to go to the cinema, the restaurant or to the shops.
Rented for 5 people, this apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchenette and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a balcony facing west offering a beautiful view over the valley.
On the first flor, there is a large room with 2 bunk beds and a double bed separated by a curtain.
On the mezzanine there is a single bed (mattress +bed base on the floor).

Equipment : Dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric hobs. TV.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps: 1 double bed, 1 set of bunkbeds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 singlemattress +bed base on the floor

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
