Immersed in a bucolic environment, the manor of Kerollivier offers you a quiet stay, in communion with a generous nature, to recharge your batteries in the comfort of its 2 freshly renovated cottages.

Each cottage has its own equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace and offers beds made on arrival with bathroom linen provided.

The 2 cottages are next to the manor house where the owners live.

Voisinage envahissant

Sûrement un bon concept, mais malheureusement nous avons pu en profiter, nos colocataires avaient 2 chiens lâchés ,se baladant dans le jardin du matin ou soir . ils squattaient sur notre terrasse ainsi que notre porte d’entrée .Personnellement nous avions aussi un chien, nous sommes restés calfeutrés dans notre location, pour éviter les conflits entre animaux. Très déçu du comportement du voisinage plutôt irrespectueux malgré nos remarques.

Bonjour Isabelle, Dès que vous nous avez fait part de votre inquiétude face à la mésentente de vos chiens, nous avons contacté les voisins allemands qui ont aussitôt réagit très positivement à notre demande de partage du jardin. Nous vous avions immédiatement rappelé et proposé de mettre en place un roulement pour laisser vos chiens respectifs profiter des 10.000m2 de jardin et bois qui entourent le manoir sans que les chiens ne se disputent. Je me suis proposée comme intermédiaire diplomate pour que chacun puisse profiter de son séjour au mieux et les voisins étaient très ouvert à trouver une solution dès qu'ils ont compris le problème. Je suis navrée pour le chagrin qui a accompagné votre passage en Bretagne et je comprends que ceci ai malheureusement coloré ces 3 jours. J'aurais aimé pouvoir faire plus pour vous faciliter ces jours difficiles. Nous avons décidé d'accepter de recevoir vos amis animaux lors de vos séjours à Kerollivier car il n'y a pas tant d'opportunités pour vos compagnons de suivre leurs maîtres en vacances. Mais il va de soi qu'il est alors possible que le voisinage ait également leurs animaux. Nous comptons donc sur le dialogue entre propriétaire de chiens pour établir des petites règles internes valables pour la durée du séjour. Nous vous souhaitons de vous remettre et espérons que vous aurez l'occasion de revenir en Bretagne dans de meilleures conditions. Si vous deviez revenir à Kerollivier, prévenez moi un peu avant et je m'assurerais que votre chien puisse profiter à son aise de moment de liberté dans le parc sans rencontrer d'autres chiens cette fois. Suite à votre commentaire déposé en ligne, nous entamons une réflexion pour mesurer la pertinence d'une barrière qui fermerait la terrasse du Cocon afin de l'isoler. N'hésitez pas à conserver mon numéro de téléphone pour mieux anticiper sur votre séjour en Côtes d'Armor si besoin. Vous souhaitant un agréable printemps.
