Really great! We felt very welcome.
The flat is located in an apartment block (top floor). It is generously proportioned for five people. The furnishings are above average, well maintained, tasteful and modern. The landlord has provided plenty of toiletries, a small fridge stock, coffee, sufficient towels, toilet paper, branded cleaning products, etc. You feel welcome here. You feel welcome here. We go away three to many times a year for at least a week and can judge this. We also feel well looked after by the letting agency. Small, unobtrusive enquiries as to whether everything is working well/we are finding our way around. Arrangements (e.g. handing over the keys) are precise and went according to our specifications.
The children criticised the outdated TV set, which has no USB connection (reception Netflix, Amazon Prime). WLAN is also provided.
Parking "in front of the door" is on the verge of the road or on the lawn in front of the house. After a week of continuous rain, this has stored a lot of moisture. It was always a bit muddy. But other residents in the neighbourhood also experienced this.
The area around Ault therefore seems a bit "cool, wet, forbidding" at this time of year, but the surrounding communities from Dieppe to the coast of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme are worth the excursions and car journeys.
We are completely satisfied with the flat and the service. If you book here, you can have a relaxing time.
