L'Esquisse Toulousain
The Cocoonr Agency offers this charming studio apartment with parking space included. Located on the first floor of a small residence without an elevator, it is in the heart of the green area of Pech David. In a very quiet residential environment, it is a short walk from hospitals and the university.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a dining area and TV
- A kitchenette area: capsule coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and hotplates
- One double bed (140×190) with some storage space
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A balcony with table, chairs, and deckchair
The apartment has a ceiling fan, which is very welcome on hot days. The laundry room is shared and has a washing machine and dryer.
In the apartment, you will have access to a clothes horse and a steamer.

🙂 le couchage, Endroit calme et sécurisé.
🙁 la verrière séparant les toilettes de la chambre ne permet aucune intimité.
Aucuns portemanteaux dans la salle de bain, des morceaux de fils de fer plié à la place.
l'abatant des toilettes n'est pas fixé.
Tapis de douche qui n'en est pas un (pas adapté au dimensions) manque de praticité de cette salle de bain en couloir, pas de porte serviette, étagère trop petite pour deux.
Manque criant d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Pas de couteau qui coupe, pas de couteau à pain...."
