In warmer months, take a leisurely ride at Telluride Mountain Bike Park or relish in the outdoor spaces as you are situated in the middle of private gardens, a rustling creek, and a sea of glistening aspen leaves.

The setting is pure tranquility. Kayenta 7 comes with a deeded heated parking space in the Blue Mesa parking garage, less than 100 yards away. Kayenta Legend House boasts an immaculate and incredibly spacious interior with vaulted ceilings, a wet bar, and two private decks with incredible San Juan mountain views, a private hot tub, and a gas grill. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to create your favorite meals and slope snacks. Added perks include a steam shower, a soaking tub, a furnished loft, a gas fireplace, and a private ski locker. Sleep in and be among the first on the slopes. It doesn't get any easier or more convenient than this!

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks.

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
This property is not equipped with air-conditioning
Two twin beds can be converted to a king bed for a $50 fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
