This spectacular, recently renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium is located right at the base of the ski resort and offers true ski in-ski access with 1 free parking spot close by! Just steps from all the action of Mountain Village, as well as easy access to the free gondola system to the town of Telluride. Mountain Village shops, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores are easily accessed by both foot and the gondola. The ski resorts facilities and services are within steps of the unit, and also provides out the door hiking and biking trails.



Brightly decorated and freshly appointed, this three bedroom, three bathroom property provides a warm an inviting space for one to two families, or a few couples, with a killer location that allows you to skip the headaches and costs of a rental car, adding to the overall relaxation and fun factor. The second floor and main entrance provides a convenient sitting space to hang jackets and prepare for a day of play. The comfortable, open floor plan has a large gas fireplace, sectional couch, and flatscreen Smart TV to access all of your favorite apps and subscriptions. Adjacent is the dining area with custom wooden table and seating for eight.



The kitchen is wrapped with great counter/sitting space, bright finishes, granite counters, and equipped with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy grilling on the deck over-looking the Misty Maiden ski run, and ski resort views. The private deck provides access to the slope side locker and communal hot tub.



The first two bedrooms are on the living level as well, with one of the two primary suites that includes a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with super sized walk in shower. The other bedroom has one queen bed as well as a queen over queen bunk bed, with an en suite bath that also opens to the hallway for common use. This a versatile room, for a couple, and or a perfect kids room.



The open air staircase to the second level tops out with a cozy loft overlooking the living area. The loft provides a workspace desk and sleeper sofa (twin size) for some additional sleeping space. Down the hall is the second primary suite, bright and spacious with a plush king sized bed, flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub and a small private deck.



Not only are the lifts and gondola steps away, but this location offers free dial-a ride-service, SUV and van serviced that will take you anywhere in Mt Village for free.

Love Mountain Village

Love being in the village close to the gondolas for a short ride to town. The home was nice and fit our family perfectly. Will be back next Fall.

The bed linens were soiled and covered in hair upon our arrival. Check-in instructions were minimal, building access and numbering was not well-lit. There is an inconvenient walk from the parking garage in another building, up multiple flights of stairs to this unit. The heating system is the loudest we have ever experienced - very loud heater itself and the vents are dirty and not properly aligned leading to loud mechanical noises whenever the heater is on. The weather sealing on the deck access door is degraded creating an enormous cold draft in the main living area in the winter, meaning the very loud heater is on almost constantly. So loud you have to raise your voice to speak to each other. The toilet paper provided is singly-ply, industrial. The kitchen appliances are higher end and the steam shower does work. This is an extremely disappointing property in a wonderful location. If you are going to spend money to stay in Mountain Village, we recommend you spend it elsewhere. We will not book this property or with iTrip as a host ever again.

Great location and view

We stayed in this unit for a week with 7 people for the bluegrass festival. Great location with very easy, quick access to the gondola to town. Well maintained and equipped with quick response by management when we needed help with the gas fireplace (because it snowed twice in June!). Highly recommended this unit!

Perfect and convenient

We truly loved our stay at this property. The layout of three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect for our family. The unit is updated and has a really great kitchen, dining and living area. It is steps from Mountain Village so it was extremely convenient. The communication was easy and quick and we will definitely look forward to our next stay at this property.

Very nice condo in great location

Very nice condo. It was updated and very roomy and comfortable. It is ski-in and ski-out right next to lift. Very convenient to all the Mountain Village shops and restaurants. The only negative is the building has no elevator which is tough for luggage and groceries, but not bad. Overall, I would recommend it and stay there again.

We loved our stay at the condo. We loved the view and how easy to get to the gondola and any where else we wanted to go. It was very clean and very well stocked in the kitchen. Probably the best stock kitchen I have ever seen with all the pots pans and bowls!! There were 4 adults and one seven year old with us. And we had plenty of room. We even cooked our thanksgiving meal there on Thursday!! Definitely would stay here again!!

Ski in/out Telluride

Condo has perfect location for ski in/out and a very short walk to restaurants/shopping in Mountain Village and gondola to downtown T-ride. Condo was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would want or need. Hosts proactively communicated checking in to see if we needed anything - which we didn't! Everything was great, will rent again on our next trip to Telluride.

Unbeatable location! Great condo!

The condo was as described. It was very comfortable for our two families! Great kitchen setup, laundry, etc. but the very best thing was hope close we were to lift 4/ski school/ village core. We didn’t have any major problems during our stay! Check in and out were easy. Just a note though that the condo is up two flights of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for our group but if you had mobility issues you should take this into consideration!

Great Location!

Condo was in a great location to get on gondola!! Loved being able to get to downtown Telluride so easily. You were very easy to get a hold of and helped with the couple issues we had. I was not happy with the parking situation as we had 2 large SUV’s and the parking deck only fit one and was very tight to get into. We had to try and find another parking garage for our other SUV which was challenging not knowing the area. Would be helpful to have a specific lot that could accommodate 2 vehicles since the condo sleeps 10 so all future guest typically would have more than one vehicle. It was a positive stay overall. Thank you!

Fantastic Condo in the best location in Mountain Village

This condo more than met our expectations. It is just as per the listing, super cosy and home like. We stayed for 2 weeks for a ski vacation in Jan. the location is fantastic for skiing and access to mountain village, we have stayed in quite a few places in mountain village and this is by far the best spot and very spacious for our family of 6. The condo is just off lift 4, the main lift and opposite ski school. You could easily ski in/out for lunch if you want with ski lockers at the base which is so handy! No need for ski valet!! The apartment is well equipped in every way, the bedding is super cosy as is all the linen/blankets in the living space. Check in/out was seamless and our correspondence with the managers during our time very timely and appropriate to help with the few small things we needed during our stay. We certainly plan to return, not sure there is a better place for our family to stay in Telluride, Kayenta II is perfect in every way for a super chill, comfy, relaxing & convenient location in telluride mountain village!!

A Telluride MUST

This unit was absolutely amazing! We do a ski trip every year and chose Telluride this year. This unit was one of the best I’ve ever booked at any destination. The central location made everything easily accessible. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with high quality items. It was very spacious and made hanging out after a long day of skiing enjoyable! The ONLY con that I would be aware of is that there is no elevator access for this 3rd story unit but the stairs didn’t bother us. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!

The place was as advertised, very clean and was fully stocked with anything you’d need in the kitchen. Great spot in mountain village and very close to the gondola. Nice view off the back porch and even though it’s a shared hot tub we never had to share with anyone else so it was like our own. Incredible Location

My family and our close friends (total 9) have been doing ski vacations for the past 5 years together. This one was by far my most favorite!!! The location of this condo could not be more perfect!! We have 4 teenagers that could come and go as they wished (safely) by taking a very short walk into Mountain Village or taking the Gondola into Telluride (also a very short walk). Everything was literally at our fingertips…..amazing food and drinks, shopping, and most importantly, the accessibility to ski in/ski out was so unbelievably easy! The condo itself was very comfortable and fit us perfectly!! The view was breathtaking!! I would stay here again for any time if the year!!!

Great location

Our family had a great time at this rental. We had a little difficulty with the fireplace but the host was great in helping to troubleshoot. We finally figured it out and it was easy after that. Great location and easy to get to places from the unit with or without a car. Lots of stairs but not an issue for our group. Overall, enjoyed a lovely stay and would return!
