You're a quick walk to ski access in the winter, and you're able to easily hike, walk to Town Park for a festival, and be on Main Street in minutes to enjoy the many dining and shopping options. Regardless of when you come, you'll be ideally located in the heart of Telluride.

The Latitude 38 Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with us, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
The hot tubs are closed during the fall and spring off-seasons for regular maintenance.

Awesome Location

This condo is walking distance from everything on Main Street and the gondola. It's also at the end of the street with private parking so very quiet. Very spacious and two bedrooms each with a full bath. Recommend this place!

Great location for our fall trip. The leaves were changing and we could see them from our decks. The trail to Bear Falls is right at the door step. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the gondola. The unit itself was old and tired but you can see that from the photos so not surprise and we chose it because it was in our price point. If you love the 80's western theme, you have it here! Negatives were the beds were not very comfortable and the owner had locked out a lot of closet space.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Very spacious rooms and even complete with washer and dryer. Just a few blocks from gondola either by street or river path. Walk out your front door to hiking trails that either lead to the mountain or city park. We loved staying here and will definitely again when in Telluride! Latitude 360 will take care of your every need. Very helpful!

Good clean place with a great location in telluride. No doubt. Walking distance to everywhere. Now, a few things aggravating. Locked closets in the master bedroom because the owners had their stuff in there (presumably). I wanted to put my stuff in there given I rented the place. So there’s that. Overall, a good location and a clean environment but unexpected inconveniences. Oh well

Location is great, we have stayed here several years due to the competitive price. However, beds are uncomfortable, decor is outdated, too much furniture for the space, and carpet is worn. We reported a broken bathroom vent and it was never fixed during our stay. A piece of the dryer has been damaged since last year and never addressed. This is the best value option but not what I would call a comfortable stay.

Great location - could use a minor upgrade

The place was great and the location cannot be beat. Only a few small things would make the place even better. 1. Two TVs in the livingroom are not necessary. One would suffice. 2. The toilet seat in the 2nd bath meets to be replaced. 3. The toilet in the 2nd bath releases a big air bubble whenever it is flushed caulking water to escape the toilet. This may be indicative of a plumbing issue. 4. There is no deadbolt on the door. It is time to install a deadbolt with a keypad.

Worst management company and worst property ever

No working toilets, no working dryer, dining room chairs broke when sat in, main closet padlocked leaving no closet space, etc., etc. Stay away from Vacasa at all costs and stay away from this property.

Excellent stay

The property is just as advertised and we'll located close to town and a short walk to the Gondola. The condo was well suited to the 4 adults staying there and had a well stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking. All appliances worked nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Latitudes 38 was easy to work with and quick to respond to inquiries. Would certainly consider staying there again.

Great location and large space

We loved this property. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms which accommodated our family really well. We walked right out the door up a hiking trail or straight into town. The river trail was right outside our door, and the small pond that we could see from the balcony was full of wildlife, which was a big hit. We have zero complaints and the property management company is awesome.
