Experience seaside charm near Good Harbor Beach!

Come and enjoy this new home with roof top deck overlooking Good Harbor Beach. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach! We are also very close to Rockport and just a short walk to Long Beach.
This property includes 3 floors and two sitting areas both include televisions. One on the third floor and the other on the first. A wine fridge and lots of outside spaces.
The master suite with bath includes a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a 3 twin beads (one bunk & a twin).

Fantastic Beach House!

Modern and clean with all the amenities you need for your beach stay...and all within a short walk to the beach. Bonus is a beautiful top floor balcony view of the ocean. And the PM was super responsive. Absolutely loved this property!

This house is wonderful! It has everything a guest needs, including all-modern appliances, and it's an easy walk to the best beach in Gloucester. The photos on VRBO are accurate--wish I could add one showing the full moon as it appeared from the third-floor deck. I would return in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous, spacious, delightful!

Beautiful house and sweet location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants, shops and more. Plenty of space for people to spread out in the house. Lots of hang out spaces in addition to open area first floor - two living room areas, a outdoor patio on the ground floor and a third floor deck with seating and views of the water. Jen (owner) was lovely too!
