Never before stayed at such an amazing micro apartment with all the facilities we needed. Spa, sauna, gym, pool and a city view to die for. Thanks Chad for being so hospitable. definitely be back when in Sandton for meetings...

Worst Experience

After we booked this property, we received an automated approval for booking. We had to request check-in details. Chad, the host, sent us the address and instructed us to see the reception desk to get our key. No other communication was provided. When we arrived, the receptionist had no idea we were arriving and didn’t have a key for us. We tried contacting Chad because we were told it was his private suite we had booked. Chad never answered his phone or responded to our messages through the VRBO app. Eventually he called the receptionist to give instructions. The receptionist then told us that Chad’s suite was occupied and he booked a different room for us. That room was smaller and had none of the amenities we were expecting with what we booked. We struggled to even keep the check-out time from our booking because the other room had an earlier checkout time. Chad still has never responded to our messages in the app. I would recommend not booking with him. This was the worst experience ever.
