Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Horrible experience, DO NOT stay here. Ridiculous that linens and towels are not included. You can pay for horrible ones - we paid 60 euros for sheets that didn’t fit the mattress or pillows properly, and they were a little bit moist (gross)! Also.. there WAS NO TOILET PAPER. I don’t know if toilet paper was not included and we weren’t informed, or they just didn’t bother to check if there was any left. Either way, completely unacceptable. Especially considering we arrived at 1am and no nearby stores were open. If toilet paper isn’t included, we should have been informed. They were initially very responsive to my emails, but as soon as I expressed any sort of complaint (regarding the lack of toilet paper), my email went unanswered. The entire process was a nightmare and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
