Great place - a little small, but very cozy.

Julia is the penultimate host; she treats you like royalty. And, the little place is wonderful - once you find it...it takes a while to see it, so do NOT check-in at night. Although the place is small, it is complete, and WOW, are you close to the ocean and so many amenities. If you're just 2 people - you should adore this place. Tell Julia that 'Stephen & Rita' sent you!!

Location is everything here. Apartment is a bit odd and old but it works especially if you plan to spend all your time outside at beach. No real outside areas to enjoy and inside no views, etc. but if you have great weather and plan to be at beach all day- it will be perfect! We just had bad weather so not ideal for us. Homes around it are sloppy until you walk thru gate to beach- then very nice. Easy drive to delay beach - which is perfect for eating out. It works just not my favorite.

Julia's Place

Small but very clean and comfortable. Great location with easy walk to the beach. Convenience store right there. Julia is very responsive to any questions.

My husband and I were looking for something close enough to walk where our parents reside This was a short walk to their home and short walk to the beach. Was a perfect fit for us and very clean
