Holiday rentals near Brighton Beach

Nicola was the most amazing host we have ever had. She provided us with lots of goodies including a pancake mix on arrival, flowers in each room and even slippers for everyone. The location is perfect, quiet but close to public transport. Caulfield Park is just around the corner and a wonderful bakery nearby which is highly recommended.We spent a week in Nicola's apartment and enjoyed every minute. You couldn't wish for a better place in the city.

We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda Road. We loved the location and the furniture, beds and kitchen were wonderful. Perfect for a family or couple. Quick and easy access to the city and st kilda, number 3 tram from stop 34. We were a group of ladies who came to Melbourne for a week for the Flower Show, Art Gallery and a day trip to Alba Spa on Mornington Peninsula. Excellent communication with Julie. Very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. Great location- tram stop outside your door. Highly recommend.

Extremely clean and comfortable in a good location. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the back courtyard. We appreciated having the second half bathroom, and also the air-conditioning as we stayed during a hot spell.
