About this property

Grande Maison 5 min de la mer

Recently renovated house with a large garden of 5000 m2 to meet and relax with family or friends. It is located 5 minutes from the beaches by car, the village and the port of Kerdruc. Ideal place to recharge your batteries between sea and land.

Our house has 5 bedrooms with 5 beds of 160*200m, a 6th bedroom is provided for children with 1 bunk bed and 1 bed 90X190m (possibility of lending 2 travel cots as well).
It has 2 bathrooms, 1 per floor. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dolce gusto coffee maker, beer tap, kettle, toaster, electric and gas hob).

It is equipped with an orange TV with 1 DVD player (including a large choice of films suitable for all types of audience) and a wifi connection...

Sheets and towels provided as an option (10 euros per bed and 3 euros per person for towels)

Cleaning costs are included, the house is returned in the condition of the day of arrival.

Please note: A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested on arrival (check or cash)

Sejour a Keranguennou

Très bon séjour en famille. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle. Endroit idéal pour les plages proches mais aussi pour visiter Pont Aven ou Benodet. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.
