This charming 73 m² house with private garden in Toulouse can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room with wifi and a dining area. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom and another bedroom upstairs. The first floor of the house has air conditioning. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the street in front of the house (rue St Léon, paid overhead parking spaces). There is quick access to the ring road.
