This is our brand new listing in Clearwater.
A quick 4 minute drive to downtown Safety Harbor and all it's shops, parks and restaurants, you won't ever find yourself struggling with ideas for a night out on the town!

There are 3 units at the property. Each unit is rented separately. All guests from each unit has access to the shared pool. There is a 60” Smart tv in the living room but no tv in the bedroom. We sectioned off the back of the house as a separate guest house for other guests. You may be able to hear the other guests at times but no one will have access to your section of the house except for you.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

The listing has been removed and should be.

The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or leave info onsite. Mosquitos growing in planters - 5 are a health hazard, but open loose wires are dangerous
