Enjoy the slow pace of Delaware's best beach community with no stress! The Village of Five Points is a family-oriented community with amenities including pools, tennis courts, walking path, restaurants and near by grocery store. Bring your bikes and explore the Lewes/Georgetown Bike Trail or bike to Cape Henlopen State Park to explore the many trails and beaches. Just a short drive to Lewes Beach or down town where you will find shops, restaurants, farmers market and historical attractions of Lewes.

This property offers several family friendly amenities including a pack and play, booster highchair, toys, books and board games. In addition the property has beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for guest use. The unit is directly across from the community pool and tennis courts.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Very nice property that needs more supervision

Multiple electric issues, several non-functional closet doors, all of which I repaired. The main freezer drawer had been inserted backwards, either by cleaners or prior tenant, preventing proper freezing, which I discovered after I lost 3 containers of ice cream. I cleaned the freezer and reinstalled the drawer properly. Most concerning was the extra key we discovered under the rear may, making the property vulnerable to entry by outsiders. Unacceptable security issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This property was fine. Disappointed that we could not access cushions for back porch furniture as the one day it was nice enough to use. The instructions said it was in the one locked storage unit but that one only had kids toys and beach stuff. Living area was nice and comfortable.

Family vacation

We were very happy with the townhouse. It was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The pool was lovely. The only drawback was that it is a three story townhouse- 32 steps up to the top two bedrooms. If you have seniors in your group it is definitely a deterrent.
