My wife converted me from a Jersey Shore guy to a Delaware Beach guy about 30 years ago. We have been coming down to the Lewes - Dewey - Rehoboth area ever since. We escaped to Lewes with our 3 very active kids from Chadds Ford, PA whenever we could; usually with a truckload of friends included, and love all the activities available. Now our 'kids' are adults and still love to get away. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
After making countless trips back and forth we decided to find a place of our own. We looked around for quite a while at different communities and settled on Five Points in Lewes for a number of reasons. We feel lt has a great combination of location, covenience, amenities and charm.
What makes this property unique
We picked out our lot from a plot plan when the community was in the earliest stages. We have an end unit that looks out over open space, is a short walk to the Pool and Tennis Court complex, a short walk to the Town Center, and has a front porch perfect for watching the Thursday Night Movie on the Green, or a beautiful sunset.
