Ground floor:

1st floor:
One bathroom and one shower room. One bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds, and a baby cot.

2nd floor:
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
Kitchen overlooking the living room and terrace. Bathroom with a bathtub.

- Guests have access to the entire accommodation.
- There is free street parking available.

- The €700 security deposit is not cashed. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) simply takes an imprint of your credit card.
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be available during your stay.
- Upon arrival, you will find the essentials: dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.
- Household linens (dish towel and bath mat) are included. Bed and bath linens are not included in the price. We offer optional bed and bath linen for €45 per double bed and €30 per single bed. It can be ordered and paid for after booking.
- Late arrivals and late departures are possible for an additional fee.
- A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" fee of €50 is charged at the time of booking. This covers preparation, house disinfection, and additional cleaning between tenants.

We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it upon arrival. If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the security deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at a rate of €35/hour. The tenant will be promptly notified via platform message, SMS, or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also offer our tenants who do not want to worry about cleaning before their departure, a "complete end-of-stay cleaning" package for an additional €100.

- The tourist tax is to be paid on site by check or cash according to the current rate (except Airbnb).
- Pets are not allowed.
