Located just a 500-meter walk from the center of Carantec, close to all shops and beaches, this former fisherman's house with obvious charm can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Outside, a private garden sheltered from view allows you to enjoy meals and relax in complete peace.

Originally from Carantec, my husband Jean-Christophe and I have just acquired this typical 1940s house in the spring of 2024, to come and enjoy our vacations with our two children and our family. We want to make this house as pleasant for you as it is for us.

This pretty house has a free WIFI connection in every room. All bedding, linens and sofas are new, as is almost all furniture and furnishings, to ensure maximum comfort.

Parking is easy and free on the street in front of the house.

On the first floor, you'll find :

- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room with a large table for sharing convivial moments,

- a small relaxation area,

- a bathroom with toilet.

On the 1st floor, you'll find :

- bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and closet,

- a living room with a corner sofa and a 55-inch widescreen TV with Freebox.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find :

- a bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds (which can also be made into a 180cm double bed) and a storage shelf.

Outside, you'll enjoy :

- a small terrace in front of the house to welcome the morning sun,

- an enclosed garden with two garden tables and chairs.

- a storeroom where you can store your bikes, kayaks and other nautical equipment.
