Very disappointing

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay. The home was dirty and had multiple issues. The dish-washer was broken and could not be used. The upstairs master bathroom toilet was not attached. The upstairs master king size mattress frame was broken, causing the mattress to sink at the bottom. The upstairs and hallway carpet was stained and dirty. The hallway walls were scuffed and dirty. Finally, the upstairs middle bedroom (with 2 beds) had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Spring Break DC

We had 2 teenagers and 3 adults for our 7 day trip. There was plenty of seating and space for all on the main floor and the beds were comfortable (if you like memory foam like I do) on the top floor. We rented a car for the week, but the Metro station less than a mile away was amazingly convenient. We barely used the car, and were happy there was plenty of free parking around the condo. The property manager was easily accessible our entire trip and we had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend the Urban Oasis to anyone looking to take in all of DC! Thanks!

Fantastic clean and quiet !

Wonderful and quick response from Allen saved our vacation! This is a very quiet neighborhood and the home was extremely comfortable ( including beds and couch) and very clean. Allen accommodated our party at the last minute after a disastrous situation at another home. And he was always available if we needed anything! And Very close to metro ..we would love to return again.
