The Hampton Roads Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom, house (sleeps 6) with a private backyard! Located in Norfolk, VA, every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

The Space:
Bedroom 1: The First bedroom is located on second floor with a queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom is located on the second floor with queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Third bedroom is located on the second floor with a queen size bed

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.

There are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

8 beach towels are provided. Please let us know in advance if you will have more than 8 people in your group. No beach chairs or beach toys are provided.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants and Willoughby Bay restaurants.

Getting Around:
Guests are given three parking spots in the driveway.

All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Well kept beach adjacent property

We enjoyed our visit at the Hampton Roads Cottage. The owners were very informative and responsive. The property was very clean and well kept. The proximity to the beach was ideal. The check-in and check-out were well explained and very simple.

One door was left unlocked upon arrive which was a red flag. The floors was VERY VERY VERY dirty when we arrived to check on house.

the property was clean and quiet, and provided ample space and privacy for four adults

We truly enjoyed our stay at Willoughby Spit, the property was clean and quiet, and provided ample space and privacy for four adults. The location was good, very close to the beach. (The public beach access walkway was a short walk). We would have preferred a few more restaurant and bar choices within walking distant of the property. But would recommend this property.

Very bad clean found mold dishes not cleaned

We had very bad experience with property mangers didn't support to get remote replaced entire stay we didn't had TV in the house they keep promising and never come to repairs. We found mold dishes in the trash pot not cleaned and we found bad cleaning on sofa too. I wouldn't recommend this property mangers holding property service is bad and didn't get replies and after a day calling the phone numbers many times hit one time to speak with associate and she promised the service and take off clean charges never happens. First time very bad experience for the amount we paid was not worth it!!!
